ALL ABOUT US

We are a small kennel located on five acres in Lakewood, WA. We believe in breeding a Labrador that conforms to the AKC standard , has an ideal temperament, and is a working retriever. We bought our first Lab, Ch Chelons Margaret Thatcher JH, in 1987, and have been hooked on the breed ever since. In the years that we have been breeding we have produced many American and Canadian champions as well as Junior Hunters, Senior Hunters and Companion Dogs (many of the dogs have two titles and a few have all three!)

All of our breeding stock is cleared by the OFA for hip dysplasia and elbow dysplasia, and eyes are cleared annually.

Our dogs are first and foremost pets. Puppies are born in our family room and get lots of handling and socializing from birth. Puppies will go to their new homes between seven to eight weeks. They will have had their first shots and will have been wormed for internal parasites. All puppies are guaranteed to be free of genetic problems to the best of our knowledge. Prices will range from $800 to $1000 depending on the parents.

We feel that breeding is a great responsibility and have made a lifetime commitment to all puppies we produce. We have been active in breed rescue and are members in Puget Sound Labrador Retriever Association, and Labrador Retriever Club, Inc., Visitors welcome by appointment.
